**REQUIRED TO TRAVEL**
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage project teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards
- Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and productivity
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and identify potential delays
- Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource needs
- Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Monitor construction site activities daily to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution
- Manage project budgets by controlling costs, reviewing change orders, and ensuring financial targets are met
- Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication
- Ensure all projects comply with local construction regulations and safety standards while maintaining environmental sustainability practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing medium-scale or complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam
- Demonstrated expertise in construction estimating, cost management, and contract administration
- Hands-on experience with construction site supervision including safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts using Civil 3D or similar design software is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction regulations related to commercial infrastructure projects
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $68,789.96 - $82,843.82 per year
