Most of our dumpsters do not include toilets.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Safety is our #1 priority – drivers will be required to pass a background check, complete the Redbox+ safety training program, and certify driving skills.
- Operates vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, all local, state, and federal laws, and company policies.
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicle, documenting and reporting any mechanical or safety issues.
- Delivery and removal of containers to disposal sites, transfer stations, and customer locations as assigned.
- Courteously interacts with customers, both internal and external, ensuring customers are serviced in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively reports service issues, such as unexpected delays, blocked alleyways, over-weight containers, safety hazards, or impassable streets.
- Ability to enter/exit truck several times per day and assess load for weight and foreign items, to smooth the load, and to secure tarps.
- Maintains and updates route sheets, driver logs, and pre/post trip inspections.

- Time management skills to ensure duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- General mechanical aptitude to understand operation of engine, hydraulics, and custom pump system.
- Willingness to adhere to company polices and safety standards.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical requirements including repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand a map.
- Excellent truck driving/maneuvering skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- CDL B Certified
- 21 years of age
- 1 year roll-off driving experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Currently hold a valid DOT Medical Card or can obtain prior to hire
- Must not have any DUI’s or OVI's within the last 5 years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training.
