Responsibilities:-
Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive brokerage success and achieve company goals.

Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners to expand our market presence.

Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies, maintaining our reputation for integrity.

Collaborate with mortgage and insurance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to support team members' professional growth and success.

Bachelor’s degree.
-
Active North Carolina Real Estate License.

Active South Carolina Real Estate License (or ability and willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).

5+ years of real estate experience.

Extensive experience in handling real estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
