We are growing and seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, improve profitability, and build a high-performance team.
Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, customer experience, production scheduling, installation management, team leadership, and financial performance.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys building systems, motivating teams, improving processes, and driving measurable business growth.
Responsibilities, Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage daily business operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion metrics
- Develop strategies to increase lead generation and customer acquisition
- Work closely with designers to maximize sales opportunities
Operations
- Oversee project scheduling, production, and installation timelines
- Improve operational efficiency and workflow processes
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain the company's reputation for premium service and craftsmanship
Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, expenses, margins, and profitability
- Review KPIs and operational reports
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and financial performance
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM and business management software
Preferred
- Experience in custom closets, cabinetry, home improvement, remodeling, construction, interior design, or related industries
- Sales management experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay: $83,200.00 per year
