We are seeking highly qualified, compassionate, and client-centered mental health professionals to join our growing team. You will work with diverse populations, helping clients navigate mental health challenges, build resilience, and achieve long-term wellness goals.Active, unrestricted independent state licensure is required and is non-negotiable for this position.Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Other clinically appropriate interventions
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services for clients experiencing acute mental health concerns, trauma-related symptoms, grief and loss, or emotional distress.
- Support clients managing a wide range of behavioral health conditions, including:
- Anxiety Disorders
- Depression and Mood Disorders
- PTSD and Trauma-Related Disorders
- Substance Use Disorders
- Relationship and Family Challenges
- Life Transitions
- Chronic Pain and Health-Related Concerns
- Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, payer requirements, and professional standards.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver secure, confidential, and effective virtual care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and participate in case consultations to support integrated treatment planning and positive client outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging best practices, clinical research, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional growth and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent state license (required):
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC/LPCC)
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Psychiatrist (MD/DO)
- Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, private practice, or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria, ICD-10 coding, clinical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Experience treating clients with complex presentations, including trauma, PTSD, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and therapeutic relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
- Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not required.

Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
