What You’ll Do
- Solder thru-hole and surface mount components onto printed circuit boards following provided instructions.
- Add wires and perform other board edits using documentation and work instructions.
- Touch up components that do not meet IPC specifications.
- Inspect your work for accuracy and quality.
- Review and complete all necessary project documentation accurately.
- Support production needs while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Who You Are
- Detail-focused and quality-driven—precision matters to you.
- Comfortable following written and verbal work instructions.
- Hands-on and motivated to produce high-quality work.
- Reliable, positive, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with IPC standards.
- Experience with Class 3 projects is preferred.

Schedule Details
2nd Shift – Full Time
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3:00 PM – 1:30 AM during overtime
Some Saturdays may be required.
Essential Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to review and complete project documentation accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with IPC standards
- Must pass a background check, vision test, and pre-employment drug screening
