Made-To-Measure Style Consultant at My.Suit

You will learn how to measure clients and provide fit and style advice based on individual preferences while increasing your experience in different fabric types, current fashion trends, and modern wedding attire.
The Style Consultant position is full-time, requiring availability on the weekends. After an initial paid training period (3 months), new consultants can expect to earn between $60,000 and $80,000 per year with their base salary and commission combined. Established consultants have the potential to make up to $100,000 per year or more. My.Suit provides the training necessary for success and a generous employee discount so you can expand your wardrobe. Your success is based on your performance.

This job is ideal for individuals who have a strong sense of personal style, great people skills, and the initiative to help grow the business. Responsible, diligent, and punctual Style Consultants who show a strong aptitude for business operations will be considered for management positions and/or additional roles to best apply and develop their talents.
Ideal Applicant Characteristics:
- Punctual, Prompt, and Reliable
- Able to manage your time and duties without oversight
- Able to read a tape measure and do simple math (add/subtract fractions)
- Stylish dresser with good personal presentation
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Style Consultant Daily Responsibilities:
- Measuring clients and providing fit and style advice
- Greeting customers and answering the phone cordially
- Scheduling appointments and following up with client requests
- Handling walk-ins and unexpected situations professionally and gracefully
- Growing the business by providing consistently high levels of service to create lifelong clients
