Requirements:
- Restoration industry experience with fire and contents restoration.
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the Contents & Fire Division from start to finish.
- Supervise, coach, and develop restoration technicians and crew leaders.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, quality control, and production.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and department performance.
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, and office teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive growth while maintaining high standards for quality and accountability.
