The ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney who is organized, motivated, and interested in building practical litigation skills through meaningful case responsibility and client interaction.
Responsibilities
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct and defend depositions
Attend court appearances, mediations, and hearings
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings as opportunities arise
Maintain timely reporting and case updates
Qualifications
Active membership in the State Bar of California
Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience preferred
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments
Experience with law and motion practice, discovery, and court appearances preferred
Interest in long-term professional development and litigation practice growth
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $130,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience
