Rehab Select at Shelby Ridge is a 131-bed, long term care and rehab facility in the heart of Alabaster. We exist to enhance the lives of our residents. And currently, we are actively seeking a full-time COOK (Team Lead) who will oversee a great team of Cooks and Dietary Aides, along with the day to day operations of the department - in order to deliver the highest standards in dietary services!!
Shift: 5am-1pm. 4 on 3 off rotation
Shift:12P.M. - 8P.M. 4 on 2 off rotation.

What you'll need:
- Solid cooking and leadership skills and experience
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to develop a lasting rapport with the residents and staff
- Proven ability to lead a team
