Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about results-driven skincare while maintaining a relaxing, luxury experience.
The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, self-directed, and excited to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
- Conduct client consultations and treatment planning
- Recommend retail products and homecare regimens
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Document client notes and treatment recommendations
- Participate in spa promotions and events
- Deliver exceptional customer service and client care
Preferred Experience
- Facials
- Advanced skincare treatments
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Nano infusion or corrective skincare

Qualifications
- Current Washington State Esthetician License

Schedule
Part-Time Available
Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
Compensation
Hourly + Commission w/ retail commission and gratuities
Established client demand and growth opportunities available.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
