We are a growing family-owned printing and signage business in North Georgia seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with printing industry experience who enjoys working directly with customers, managing projects, and helping ensure jobs move smoothly from estimate to completion.
The primary focus of this position is customer service and client communication, serving as a key point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of their print and signage projects.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position also offers opportunity for growth into a leadership/management role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates
- Answer incoming phone calls, route calls, and respond to customer questions
- Prepare estimates for print and signage projects
- Coordinate with production staff to communicate timelines and job status
- Ensure customer orders are accurate and complete before production
- Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
- Match purchase orders to invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Support office administration and general business operations
- Assist leadership with special projects and operational needs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the printing, signage, or graphics industry (strongly preferred / required)
- Strong customer service and relationsand written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn industry software
- Natural leadership ability and interest in growing into a management role
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant customer service or print industry experience (required)
