What You’ll Do:As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of the property team, ensuring our community is safe, functional, and beautiful.Responsibilities include:
- Completing service requests and repairs in apartments and common areas.
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
- Troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
- Assisting with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
- Maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Responding to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property maintenance, building operations, or a related trade.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-service mindset and teamwork attitude.
- Ability to work on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed
ADA Physical Requirements of the Position:
- Snow removal to include shoveling and snow blowing walk ways and stairs in the community
- Must be able to perform outdoor job functions in all weather conditions, approximately 25% of the time
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs, approximately10% of the time
- Must be able to climb stairs, approximately 10% of the time
- Must be able to walk the community grounds, approximately 15% of the time
- Must be able to climb a ladder approximately 5% of the time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
