We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at Santa Ysabel Roadside. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. You will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction in our grocery store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Stock shelves and ensure product displays are well-presented.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and inform customers about new items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.
Skills
