Cleaning Specialist - #9120
START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location: Fort Lauderdale - Monday through Friday from 6pm to 8pm (20 hours/ Weekly).
We are looking for cleaning specialists that are dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.
What You'll Do:

Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures

Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.

Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.

Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.

Empty trash receptacles.

Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.

Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.

Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard
-
Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
-
Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
-
Secure all interior offices if applicable.

Shut off all lights if required.

Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.

Other duties as needed are based on scope of work.
What We're Looking For:

Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping.

Must maintain a strong awareness of safety at all times.

Must be able to pass a Background Check.

Must be able to pass Drug Test.

Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
