Broken Paddle Outfitters is looking for self-motivated, independent employees that can facilitate rentals, assist customers, and operate a register for the remainder of the 2026 season. We are looking for part time or full time employees. The boathouse is open from 9am-5pm 7 days a week until Labor Day. After that, it is weekends only through the end of October. Job requirements include, but are not limited to: interaction with customers, operating smart devices/apps, and clear communication. Preferred skills include boating experience, CPR certification, and experience in the same field of work.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
