We are a fast-growing roofing company focused on high-end custom homes and consistent replacement work. We are looking for a driven sales rep who wants to help expand an emerging brand, build builder relationships, and earn based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with builders, homeowners, and referral partners.
- Represent the company professionally in the field and in the market.
- Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline, and close quality roofing projects.
- Help grow both custom new construction opportunities and steady replacement work.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized.
- Someone who is comfortable with premium sales and value-based selling.
- Roofing or home-improvement sales experience preferred, but strong outside sales experience is also valued.
- A polished professional who wants to help build a brand, not just collect leads.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based pay. Final compensation structure will be discussed based on experience and production history.
