Our Sales Consultants typically earn $60,000–$100,000 annually, with uncapped earning potential based on performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous automotive, dealership, retail, or commission-based sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close sales
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to develop business through customer follow-up, referrals, and repeat sales
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE
- Guide customers through the new and pre-owned vehicle sales process from initial contact through delivery

- Develop strong Honda product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, technology, and available options
- Consistently follow up with prospective and previous customers
- Work toward individual and dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
