About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Exclusion Specialist to join our growing install team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping homeowners protect their property from rodents and wildlife.
You’ll perform home sealing and exclusion services — including soffit seal-ups, garage door seal-ups, attic insulation, and mosquito misting system installations. Our ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a knack for quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform exclusion work to seal homes against rodents and wildlife (soffit, attic, crawl space, and garage door seal-ups)
- Install or replace attic insulation and other home protection materials
- Install mosquito misting systems and assist with pest prevention upgrades
- Use hand tools, power tools, and ladders to complete installations safely and effectively
- Document work completed with photos and notes through our mobile app
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members about work performed and next steps
- Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and materials in clean working order
Skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs, climb ladders, and access attics or crawl spaces
- Comfortable working around rodents and wildlife
- Comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and ladders
- Basic smartphone/app navigation skills for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous construction, home repair, or pest control experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
