What You’ll Do
- Support daily routines, including light housekeeping tied to health and safety
- Prepare meals, run errands, and assist with day-to-day needs
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Observe and report changes in condition or environment
- Follow care plans and use safety equipment as required

No certifications required—this role is about consistency, awareness, and how you show up.
What to Expect
- You must remain awake and attentive for the full shift
- Phones stay on you for safety and documentation, not for scrolling
- Ongoing training is required (and paid)
