Position Details:
Food Bank Donation Pickup Driver
- Schedule: Wednesdays at 7:30 AM
- Shift Length: Up to 4 hours, typically 2–3 hours
- Route Type: Local pickup route
Duties:
- Pick up food donation boxes and occasional palletized donations from designated locations
- Use a manual pallet jack to move and load pallets when necessary
- Transport donations safely back to the food bank facility
- Complete pickups in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission truck
- Experience using a manual pallet jack preferred
- Ability to safely handle and transport donated food products
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform light to moderate physical work
This is a part-time local driving position focused on supporting food bank operations through the collection and transportation of donated food items.
