Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
- Work closely with nurses and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
