Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving
Full-Time · 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer and Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and plant operations. Based in Auburn Hills and Orion, MI, these positions play a vital role in maintaining smooth production flow and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down forklifts to transport raw materials, components, and finished goods
Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments
Stage, label, and verify products for shipping and receiving
Use barcode scanners, RF devices, and basic inventory systems
Assist with cycle counting and inventory tracking
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Support other warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
3–6+ months of forklift experience required
Must pass a forklift driving certification test (conducted during interview)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Experience with FIFO, inventory documentation, or warehouse software a plus
