Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our caring team. Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and well-being
- Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately to healthcare teams
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal service to promote healthy eating habits
- Operate patient lifting equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers to ensure safety during mobility activities
- Maintain cleanliness of residents’ living areas by performing light cleaning duties in accordance with health standards
- Follow care plans diligently, documenting patient progress and updates to ensure continuity of care
Skills
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or memory care needs
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures to handle urgent situations confidently
- Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home & community care environments
- Ability to assist with complex tasks such as medication administration and vital signs monitoring
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents, families, and other caregivers

Pay: $130.00 - $150.00 per day
