We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through various eyelash services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice on eyelash care.
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY or Millennium for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
- Promote additional services such as hair threading, hair extensions, and botulinum toxin treatments to enhance retail sales.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash services and continuously improve skills through professional development.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on hospitality.
- Familiarity with salon software systems (Gloss Genius ) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of additional beauty services such as hair threading or hair extensions is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- State License (Required)
