The Emerald Learning Center is hiring for a Program Manager to join our team! We’re a Nonpublic Agency (NPA) located in Tacoma, specializing in supporting behavioral needs students to achieve life goals that allow them to learn and thrive.
Our Program Managers enjoy a manageable caseload and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinical environment, with consultation from seasoned analysts always available. You will also be working alongside Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and well as Special Education teachers. Our team utilizes progressive, trauma-informed ABA; we prefer clinicians who are already experienced in this but are willing to train the right candidate. Our analysts manage clinical oversight to their caseload, including staff training, progress monitoring and intervention, and all elements of treatment planning.
As a Program Manager at Emerald Learning, you will:
· Write behavior support plans (BSPs) and behavior management goals for students in our school program;
· Provide ongoing quality supervision to direct therapy clinicians (CBT/RBT, LABA/BCaBA);
· Direct and manage student programs;
- Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled multidisciplinary team meetings;
- Be willing to provide immediate hands-on support to direct line staff during behavioral escalations; and
- Write reports regularly, including progress reports monthly and annual IEPs.
You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
- Obtained Master’s degree in ABA or related field; or significant progress towards obtaining this;
- Current active BCBA and Washington state LBA license, in good standing. Those with a LABA/BCaBA are also eligible;
- Training in the PFA model is preferred, but not required;
- Meet the BACB supervision requirements;
· Experience in managing and supervising staff, including CBT/RBTs and LABA/BCaBAs;
· Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills;
· Professional communication, written and spoken;
- Proficient in the use of modern office technology;
- Have reliable transportation;
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI & DOJ;

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
