What You’ll Do
- Examine vehicles and accurately diagnose mechanical issues
- Perform repairs while maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Communicate repair needs with the shop foreman and service advisor
- Estimate labor time and recommend additional service when needed
- Complete thorough documentation and repair stories for each job
- Mentor technician trainees and participate in company and factory training
- Stay current with technical bulletins and manufacturer updates
- Follow all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Professional communication and strong teamwork skills
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid State Inspection License
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including Saturdays as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical shop duties
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
