Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager specializing in Flooring and Remodeling to lead our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets for flooring, remodeling, lighting, and interior design products.
- Engage with customers through outside and inside sales channels, providing expert guidance on renovation projects from initial consultation to project completion.
- Conduct detailed layout design using SketchUp, CAD, or similar tools to create customized plans that meet client specifications.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, emphasizing high-end flooring options, lighting solutions, and remodeling materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and upselling opportunities to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage account relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Oversee merchandising strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math accurately during sales processes.
- Collaborate with vendors on product stocking, maintenance schedules, and lighting or interior design updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales within flooring, remodeling, or construction industries with a focus on high-end markets.
- Strong knowledge of renovation processes, construction principles, interior design concepts, and layout planning tools such as SketchUp or CAD software.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell complementary products like lighting or custom finishes.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively.
- Experience in retail sales environments involving POS systems, merchandising, customer service, and retail math is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote remodeling services and product offerings.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
