Front Desk Associate
Are you friendly, energetic, organized, and great with people? Do you love pets and enjoy being the person who makes everyone feel welcome?
We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team and help create an amazing experience for pets and their families from the moment they walk through the door.
As the first friendly face pet parents see, you’ll help set the tone for their entire visit. You’ll greet guests, check pets in and out, answer questions, book reservations, process payments, and make sure every detail of a pet’s stay is communicated to the team.

About the Role
No two days at the front desk are exactly alike. One moment you might be welcoming a new puppy, the next you could be helping a pet parent plan their next stay or coordinating special care instructions with the team.
You’ll be the friendly connection between our pet parents, their pets, and our resort team—helping make sure everyone feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome pets and pet parents with a friendly, positive attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Book reservations and manage pet stays
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain accurate pet records, including feeding, medication, playtime, and special care instructions
- Communicate important pet information clearly with teammates
- Recommend fun add-on services that make a pet’s stay even better
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
- Help keep things running smoothly when the lobby gets busy and the pups get excited
- Work as part of a team to create a safe, fun, and positive experience for every pet and pet parent
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for pets and people
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Dependable, responsible, and ready to jump in and help the team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
