About the Role
At Al Manakeesh, our food is our identity — and our Pizza Cook is the person who brings it to life. You'll be working with authentic flavors and quality ingredients, crafting pies that keep our guests coming back. A Day in the Life
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to recipe and to each customer's specifications — consistently and with care
- Follow all food handling and safety standards every shift, no exceptions
- Contribute ideas for new flavors and toppings — we value creativity and welcome input from our team
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and prep stations
- Monitor ingredient inventory, ensuring everything is fresh, stocked, and properly stored
- Plate and present pizzas attractively before they go out — the finishing touch matters
- Work alongside the team to hit order times and keep service running smoothly during the rush
What We're Looking For
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Arabic speaking is a plus — we proudly serve an Arabic-speaking community and value team members who can connect with our guests in their language
- Prior experience as a cook or in a food prep role is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
- Strong knife skills and comfort with food handling techniques
- Ability to work clean, stay organized, and maintain quality under pressure
- A team player with good communication and a genuine passion for food
