Brick & Brew Pub is looking to hire a Front of House Manager/Event Coordinator
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Front of House Manager/Event Coordinator to manage and execute end-to-end events for our hospitality venue. In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and take full ownership of party logistics for gatherings of all sizes.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works seamlessly with internal and external teams, supervises restaurant staff performance, interacting with customers and maintains absolute composure in a bustling, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as an FOH Manager with Event Coordinator experience, or a similar role strictly within the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Tripleseat platform experience is preferred
- Work Environment: Proven ability to stay focused, organized, and collaborative while working in a busy, high-volume, and noisy environment.
- Project Management: Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of balancing multiple complex event projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
