- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations.
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity.
- Conduct remodeling projects by upgrading or replacing existing plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Assist with HVAC system components related to plumbing setups in commercial buildings.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.

- Strong experience with construction plumbing and general construction site work.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, remodeling techniques, carpentry basics, and handyman skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and site protocols.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations; valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
