Now Hiring: Full-Time Orthodontic Front Office Team Member
Our busy and growing orthodontic office is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable team member to join our team!
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish-speaking is a big plus!
- Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be willing and able to commute to both our NW Portland and Capitol Highway office locations as needed.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Verifying insurance
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Helping create a welcoming experience for every patient
