Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Burn Table Operator to join our production team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be setting up and operating a 400-amp CNC burn table to cut steel plate. While burn table experience is preferred, we are willing to train a qualified candidate with other CNC machinery experience.
What You Will Do
- Burn Table Operation: Set up, program, and operate a 400-amp CNC plasma/oxy-fuel burn table.
- Material Handling: Load and unload heavy steel plates safely using overhead cranes.
- Quality Checks: Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure parts match exact specifications.
- Secondary Equipment: Cross-train and assist on other fabrication equipment as needed.
Job Requirements
- CNC Experience: Prior experience operating CNC machinery is required (burn table experience is highly preferred).
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints and structural work orders.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive lifting of smaller parts (heavy plate is lifted via crane).

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
