DMV Building Solutions LLC is a growing remodeling company serving Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, including interior and exterior painting, drywall, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and general remodeling.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and exterior surfaces.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.
- Perform minor drywall repairs and surface preparation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Protect customer property throughout the project.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience.
- Experience with residential remodeling required.
- Cabinet painting experience is a plus.
- Experience with airless paint sprayers preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Required Tools
Applicants should provide their own basic painting hand tools, including:
- Paint brushes
- Roller frames
- Roller covers
- Extension pole
- Hand scraper
- Putty knife
- Caulking gun
- Basic hand tools
Major equipment such as ladders, airless sprayers, drop cloths, and job materials will be provided by the company.
Compensation & Schedule
- $22–$30 per hour, based on experience and workmanship.
- Performance-based raises.
- Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods.

Hours: Work is project-based. Weekly hours vary depending on project workload. No minimum hours are guaranteed.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Employment Status: Employment with DMV Building Solutions LLC is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
