Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving dump trucks. Job requires an class B CDL, or better.
Duties
- Safely operate dump trucks
- Transport goods and materials to various locations following a set route schedule
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance
Requirements
- Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Previous experience in truck driving
- Ability to operate various types of trucks including heavy haul / dump trucks
- Familiarity with route driving and the ability to navigate efficiently
- Proficient in performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
