Producers who:
· Have 2+ years of P&C experience

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial clients.
- Assess risks and prepare competitive proposals
- Manage and grow your book with equity ownership.
- Utilize agency systems and markets to place business efficiently
- Provide high-quality service and maintain long-term client relationships
