Provide individualized vocational instruction and training tailored to each clients abilities, goals, and developmental needs.

Coach and support individuals with disabilities in learning and performing job tasks, promoting independence and ensuring quality standards are met.

Complete required documentation, including transportation logs, attendance records, job coach notes, objective sheets, incident/accident reports, time studies, and case management paperwork.

Follow all protocols, procedures, and expectations for the assigned program or department to ensure program compliance.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the health and well-being of all individuals at the worksite.

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid California drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (driving is required)

Ability to provide ongoing proof of state-required auto insurance

Ability to pass fingerprint clearance through the California Department of Justice and FBI

Basic computer and technology skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility, including availability to work weekends
$23.00 per hour Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available. Includes a $250 sign-on bonus (paid at 90 and 180 days).
