Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried starting at $ 65,000 to $75,000)
Work Schedule: Regular working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Based on business needs, production demands, and customer requirements, the Warehouse Supervisor is expected to provide leadership and oversight during overtime as needed. This may include scheduling and supervising team members during early mornings, late evenings, and Saturdays to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary
We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in packaging, shipping, receiving, kitting, and inventory management. This role combines hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, requiring a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Your ability to generate reports using our internal ERP system and Excel will be key to measuring your team’s performance and driving area success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, kitting, inventory control
- Maintain a minimum of 98% inventory accuracy between physical inventory and ERP records while ensuring all items received, shipped, and kitting requests are completed within 24 hours.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency, reduce cycle times, and eliminate waste.
- Use the M2M ERP system to track inventory and generate reports for management
- Respond promptly to urgent requests and customer escalations, adjusting priorities as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, Planning, and Executive teams
- Conduct daily team meetings focused on safety, priorities, and performance
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members by providing ongoing training, guidance, and constructive feedback. Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, teamwork, and high performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations, document employee performance, establish development goals, recognize achievements, and address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Circulating key performance indicators for management review and proactively identify, investigate, and communicate operational issues to management in a timely manner.
- Escalate concerns through the appropriate chain of command by presenting well-researched information, including the root cause, operational impact, and recommended solutions, to support informed decision-making and timely resolution.
- Attend meetings with senior and executive management, providing clear updates on warehouse operations, performance metrics, challenges, and improvement initiatives. Be prepared to answer questions, provide supporting data, and communicate recommendations related to warehouse activities and responsibilities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all packaging and shipping operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, export regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Schedule freight shipments, resolve carrier issues, process customer portal documentation, create International Transaction Numbers (ITNs), maintain packaging supply inventory, and ensure timely, accurate shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse remains audit-ready at all times by maintaining accurate records, complying with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. Support and participate in internal, customer, and third-party audits (including ISO), promptly address audit findings, and implement corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate degree will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to lift material up to fifty pounds according to state and federal laws
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- US Govt Security Clearable Background Check
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Must pass a federal pre-employment drug screening and ongoing testing
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as military, aerospace, or medical manufacturing
- Experience at Amazon or comparable large-scale warehouse environment is preferred
- Experience with ERP system or similar warehouse management software
- 5+ years warehouse operations experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities
