What You'll Do
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store, driving sales, coaching employees, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create an exceptional customer experience by delivering outstanding service
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Schedule employees and manage daily staffing needs
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing employee development
- Ensure compliance with Cricket Wireless and company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and store operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve store performance

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred
- Sales management experience strongly preferred
- Wireless industry experience is a plus

- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
