Job Summary:
- Responsible for cleaning resident areas, office, swimming pool, kitchen, cafeteria, deli shops and other assigned areas inside and outside of buildings.
- Responsible for cleaning floors, carpets and corridors.
- Responsible for project cleaning.
- Will use rotary floor machines as well as shampoo machine, commercial vacuum, wet mop and dry mop.
- Will use large transport poly carts and trash carts and other necessary tools, products and supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED.
- One year experience and general knowledge of commercial building cleaning and maintenance
The base range for this position is $16.00 - $17.75 per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
