CNC Press Brake Operator / Plate Roller

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator / Plate Roller to join our fabrication
team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating press brake and plate
rolling equipment, strong blueprint reading skills, and precision measurement abilities in
a shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts to specification
- Operate plate rolling equipment to form metal plates into required shapes and curves
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate builds
- Accurately measure materials and finished parts using a tape measure and caliper tools
- Work confidently within the standard (imperial) measurement system
- Operate various power tools as needed to complete fabrication tasks
- Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a CNC press brake
- Experience operating plate rolling equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in using a tape measure and caliper tools
- Strong understanding of the standard (imperial) measurement system
- Experience operating power tools
- Certified or experienced in operating overhead cranes (or willing to be trained/certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physical Requirement's
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods
- Comfortable operating heavy machinery and power tools
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
