We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Posting Specialist to help grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and online visibility. Duties
- Create engaging and eye-catching content designed to increase customer interaction and brand awareness.Film and photograph content for social media campaigns, promotions, events, and daily business operations.Edit videos, graphics, and photos for posting across multiple platforms.Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars.Monitor social media analytics and provide recommendations to improve performance and reach.Identify audience demographics and develop content that appeals to target customers.Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve visibility and engagement.Recommend optimal posting schedules based on analytics and platform performance.Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events.Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.Create content that encourages customer engagement, shares, comments, and conversions.Provide monthly reports outlining growth, engagement, and opportunities for improvement.Preferred SkillsGraphic design experience.Photography and videography experience.Knowledge of paid social media advertising.Experience creating viral or high-performing content.Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.Experience working with small businesses, restaurants, retail businesses, or service-based companies.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content performance.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to produce high-quality photography and video editing content; experience with video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for branding consistency; ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers, influencers, and media contacts effectively.
