Overview
We are a small Breakfast place on Cortez Rd West. We are looking for a flexible Breakfast/Line Cook with great working moral. Looking for a long term work-relationship.
Responsibilities
- Need to be able to prepare Eggs (over easy, over medium, poached, omelets)
- Prepare and cook breakfast items and menu offerings according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poachers, braising pans, and food production machinery
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitizing procedures, proper food handling practices, and hygiene protocols
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential
- Familiarity with food industry standards for food handling, cooking techniques, and operating kitchen equipment is required
- Need to be 100% reliable.
Work ours vary between 6am and 3 pm monday through sunday.
Pay rate for the very first week to train you is $18/hour but will go up as soon as you can work on your own. The more you have to offer, the more we can pay.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
