Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and personalized assistance.
- Manage hotel reservations
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
- Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts, preparing reports, and closing daily financial transactions accurately.
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support front desk operations during overnight shifts by managing guest requests, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
