We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-K Bilingual Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, math skills, and social-emotional learning in both languages.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and active participation among preschool-aged children.
- Use effective classroom management and behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
- Incorporate Montessori principles and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs, including children with special education requirements.
- Engage in ongoing lesson planning, assessment, and standardized testing to monitor each child's progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Foster strong communication with families through regular updates on child welfare, developmental milestones, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices in toddler care, preschool experience, and childhood development to enhance program quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and teaching young children in early childhood education settings.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored for preschoolers with bilingual needs; familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus.
- Expertise in working with children with special education needs and implementing early intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively.
- Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
- Experience with childcare or daycare environments, including private school settings or preschool programs.
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques, standardized testing procedures, and teaching physical education activities appropriate for young learners.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
