We’re looking for a surgeon who:

Converts consultations into procedures at a high level

Moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR

Is confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams

Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth

Wants to scale - not just maintain
-
Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
-
Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments

Patient consultations and treatment planning

Pre-op and post-op management
-
Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency

MD or DO
-
Completion of an accredited Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery residency
-
Active Florida or Georgia medical license
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
-
2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
-
ASC experience preferred
-
Surgeons frustrated with low case volume
-
Surgeons capped in income at traditional practices
-
