Duties

- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Support website management efforts using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop compelling content including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and social media management tools to increase audience engagement.
- Analyze web analytics reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social media posts, and website content.
- Support conversion optimization initiatives by testing landing pages, analyzing user behavior, and implementing improvements to increase lead generation or sales conversions.
- Assist with website setup and technical tasks involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL queries, and website performance monitoring to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Contribute to marketing automation efforts by setting up workflows that nurture leads through email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and web analytics reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, paid search marketing campaigns, and email marketing.
- Technical proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Skilled in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; ability to create engaging visual content is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for tracking website interactions; experience with Google AdWords campaigns is preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for various audiences and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments and improve campaign performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B (business-to-business) marketing experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for learning new digital marketing techniques is essential.

Pay: $26.06 - $31.38 per hour
