Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse facility and preparing recyclable materials by operating bailer machinery to compress, bin, and package materials into compact bales, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control during warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate baling equipment to compress materials such as cardboard, paper, plastics, metals into uniform, manageable bales for storage and transport. This includes adjusting machine settings to control bale density, size, and quality
- Load materials in the baler, stacking finished bales, and moving inventory using forklifts or other equipment
- Monitor the quality of the bales by performing quality control inspections
- Maintain documentation ensuring accurate recording of production, equipment maintenance, and material processing
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy weight up to 80 lbs.
- Attention to details and alertness
- Ability to follow safety regulations and operational procedures
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Willingness to be cross trained on packing machines and other warehouse equipment
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $17.50 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled

- Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
