Position Overview
Pristine Contractors LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Office Assistant to join our growing team in Blue Springs. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Representative role as you gain experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning the residential remodeling industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
- Schedule estimates and coordinate appointments.
- Manage calendars and organize daily office tasks.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and communications.
- Prepare estimates and job-related paperwork.
- Maintain customer records and office files.
- Accompany sales representatives on estimates to learn the sales process.
- Assist with marketing and administrative projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service from first contact through project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Previous office or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
